Special care has been taken to ensure that the color of all products on our website matches the real product color as accurately as possible. As different computer resolutions may indicate slight variations in sharpness and clarity of the colors, we are unable to guarantee the exact product color as seen on screen. Where the garment, slight variations in fabric and color are due to the natural characteristics of the fabric's fiber. Subtle differences like these add to the garment's unique quality and beauty and should not be considered faults. Be gentle with your garment and cautious near sharp objects or jewelry. If the garment contains embroidery or beading, slight variations in these are due to the expected characteristics of the semi-precious stones, beads, as well as the garment's handcrafted nature. These subtle differences, again, add to the garment's unique value and exquisiteness and should not be considered faults. Where the fabric used is labeled delicate, we would advise against wearing heavy jewelry or accessories in case they damage or snag the fabric. We further advise against exposing garments to extreme sunlight for long periods of time. For items containing delicate fabrics, embroidery, beading, or semi-precious stones, dry clean only.

Please remove the TarboshFarakha’ before washing. Clean the Dishdasha using a gentle wash or dry clean, avoiding chemicals. Follow these instructions unless the product label or our customer service team provides different guidance. Please take special care when wearing items with beads, embroidery, and semi-precious stones, as we cannot accept any returns for items damaged after purchase. We will not be liable for any damage to your products caused by negligence, misuse, wear and tear, or a failure to follow the product care instructions provided on the product or advised by our customer service team.

 

2. Order Return/Cancellation via the Website

Receiving Returned Orders
Customers have the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving the order, regardless of their location (within or outside the Sultanate of Oman). Saaf offers a free product return service.

Order Cancellation
Customers are entitled to cancel their orders within 14 days of the invoice payment date, as per the contract terms.

Note: Order cancellation does not apply to non-returnable products. Once we receive the returned order, we will refund the total amount paid by the customer, excluding shipping fees.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us in writing by email at customerservice@saafoman.com within 14 days of placing your order.

Registered phone number and address
Details of the order you wish to cancel

If the product is already on its way to you, please wait until it arrives, then follow the steps above to return it and receive a refund.

Shipping Charges and Related Fees Refunds
Please note: While Saaf covers the full cost of product returns, customers are responsible for any shipping charges within and outside Oman. Customers outside Oman have the right to return products and receive a refund, excluding shipping and import fees included in the invoice. If these fees are not included in the invoice, the customer must cover them.

3. Saaf’s Return Policy
In addition to the above, customers are entitled to use our return services under the following conditions:
Return of unwanted new goods in their original condition. Note: Removing our price tag indicates product usage, and it cannot be returned.
Return of products purchased during promotional sales or discounts. These will be refunded under the same conditions, based on the discounted price the customer received. If a customer received a free gift with their purchase, they must return the gift as well when returning the purchased item.
Returning products is a basic right for customers; please ensure you follow the return process, as returns are not accepted after 14 days from the purchase date without the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Some products are exempt from return under the "Non-returnable Products" category, which is described below.
Additionally, products purchased during sales and discount periods are subject to a different return policy than what is described above.

If you notice a manufacturing defect in any of our products, please contact Saaf Customer Service immediately so they can take the necessary action.

Non-returnable Products
The following products are non-returnable:

Costume made orders.
Fragrances.
Any product marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Exchanges or returns of products purchased during sales from outlet stores are not permitted after the sales period ends.

Returns

Products must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with all tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if products have been used, worn, damaged, or tampered with.
Please note that certain products may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons. If a product is non-returnable, this will be stated on the product page.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned products do not meet the return policy criteria.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part.
