Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or your purchase of products from us, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• Our liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or your purchase of products from us shall be limited to the amount you paid for the products that gave rise to the claim.

• Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

1. Gift Cards and Personalized Messages

Gift Cards

• Gift cards can be used to purchase Saaf products in our stores only.

• The balance on the gift cards is valid until it is fully spent or until the card expires.

• If the gift card is not used within 12 months, it will be canceled and considered invalid.

• Saaf is not responsible for any lost, stolen, expired, or damaged gift cards.

• All gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. This includes all products purchased with these cards, where refunds for returns will be transferred to a new gift card.

Personalized Messages on Gift Cards

• Saaf is not responsible for the content of the personalized message you provide, including any spelling or grammatical errors.

• Saaf reserves the right to refuse to write a personalized message that is deemed inappropriate or to refuse to issue gift cards to certain individuals.

2. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, including the collection, use, retention, disclosure, transfer, security, and access to personal information, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. This includes compliance with the Privacy Policy and the Electronic Transactions Law issued by Royal Decree No. 69/2008. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Sultanate of Oman.

3. Security & Privacy Policy

Saaf respects your privacy and your desire to understand how your information will be handled and used. This Policy explains how we collect, use, and store your information. Using your information in a way that you are comfortable with and keeping your information secure is an integral part of the retail experience we aim to provide. Saaf will ensure that all information protection and customer legislation standards are met when handling any of your personal information.

We will not share your information with any third parties who might wish to market their goods and services to you unless you have provided your consent.

CCTV

For your safety and prevention, CCTV is in operation during your visit to any of our retail outlets. CCTV is also used in our outlets. Please note: if the police or any other regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities requests CCTV images of you or any other personal information relating to you, we are obliged to comply.

All visual content included on the website, such as rich media, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, videos, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Ruqaiya Hamed Issa Trading Saaf - RHIT.
